Meet Arthur Radtke

I've lived and worked on Cape Cod for more than a decade, and I help people sell and buy homes in Harwich, Chatham, Brewster, Orleans and Eastham.

Before real estate, I spent my career in marketing, digital strategy and community communications. That's why I think hard about how your home is presented, and who sees it first.

I founded and write two weekly newsletters, Celebrate Lower Cape and Celebrate Mid Cape, sent to more than 4,000 subscribers. I also wrote two books for Cape Cod homeowners: Selling Cape Cod, and The House After Probate Begins, with a foreword by elder law attorney Jay Marsden.
